Board members are expected to role model what true growth looks like by actively engaging in learning, maintaining a consistent chavrusa, and upholding a dignified presence both in person and on social media. They are expected to be fully present at all regional events, demonstrating dedication, responsibility, and passion for inspiring their peers in NCSY.
